Instructor: Dustin Yaeger BA

Dustin is a Bi-cultural Deaf adult whose first and primary language is ASL and as a result, he brings the important perspective of being a consumer of interpreting services to mentoring and training! He has worked as a translator in New York on projects that include the translation of science, history and social studies publications. He holds a bachelors degree in English and is a member of the Conference of Interpreters Trainers. In addition to Teaching ASL, Dustin has worked as a Deaf Interpreter and Interpreter Mentor with CCSLI INC. Since 2022, he served as CCSLI's Director of Education and is now the Academic Program Coordinator for the CCSLI Interpreter Training and Assessment Center.
